Wearing high heels regularly can lead to various injuries and long-term health issues for women. Here's a detailed overview of the impacts: 


● Foot and Ankle ProblemsBunions: 

High heels push the big toe inward, leading to painful bony bumps on the side of the foot. 


● Hammertoes: 

Toes may become permanently bent due to pressure and lack of space, causing joint pain. 


● Morton's Neuroma: 

Thickened tissue around nerves between toes, often resulting in pain, burning, or numbness. 


● Ankle Sprains and Strains: 

The instability of high heels increases the risk of twisting or rolling the ankle, leading to sprains or strains.
