Embracing Gratitude for a Positive Life Transformation


Every feeling and every emotion, whether positive, negative or neutral are available to us every minute of every day. We will consciously or unconsciously choose to focus or filter our day through one or some of these lens.

Much like the event helium balloons at the dollar store, we pull on the string of the balloon which best fits the occasion and take it to the cashier.
